Service and maintenance

As a patient of a medical gas system, you expect it to always work. Our service services focus on preventive maintenance. Our goal is to fix the plant before a possible error occurs, thus minimizing the risk of downtime while maintaining safety and comfort at the highest level. The goal is that operators should be able to focus on improving the system and not adding energy and time to errors and repairs.

Customer information we see as an important tool in our work and the dialogue with our customers is paramount. Continuously informing about the service measures taken and what measures are required to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the facility, we of course consider.

We regard it as an important part of our responsibility to identify errors and deficiencies that we discover in the course of service also on equipment not supplied by Qmt3. In order for a plant to be on top, all components must work together and maintain the same high standard.
