Switch-over station TC80

The TC80 is a central for emptying and automatic replacement of medical gas. The central station manages two sources of supply, a primary and a secondary. When the primary page is empty, an automatic switch to the secondary page occurs. The pressure sensor also sends an alarm about which source is being emptied.

Continuous emptying
The central system has been designed to ensure gas supply also in connection with necessary maintenance. Each pressure regulator can be switched off (with ball valves) separately. This allows the central system to function partially and thus ensures continuous drainage. The center consists of a stainless steel fastening plate, two high pressure valves with metallic seal, two high pressure regulators, manual manual selection of primary emptying side and two secondary pressure regulators series QMT 7483M1.

The central TC80 is intended for the discharge of medical gas, compressed or in liquid form, in medical gas distribution facilities, in accordance with the European Standard EN ISO 7396-1 and SIS HB 370. Medium pressure and outlet pressures are protected by safety valves according to the above standards.
